Saddlers Round Knife - C S Osborne & Co. Newark N.J [Preowned]

Product Description

This is a lovely vintage Saddlers round knife from the USA manufacturer CS Osborne.

It is difficult to date but from its form and simplistic beauty we hazard a guess that it is an early one dating as far back as the 19th Century.The blade has a lovely ring to it when flicked by a finger.

It is marked C S Osborne & Co. Newark N.J Made in USA on the blade. It is also marked Made in USA on the handle. There is no number stamp but it equates to the shape of a No.70 round knife.

Superficial markings commensurate with its age. Edge is excellent.
