These lovely functional mallets, (or bottle hammers as no-one we know calls them), from Mappa Tools in the Netherlands are a good weight at 500g (16oz).
These mallets created a bit of a European competition for the Blue Spruce Mallets from the USA. Sadly Mappa, are no longer producing their tools so we cant re-stock from them.
Perfect for fine chisel work. It is a tool for the woodworker who likes precision. Mappa Tools received a lot of positive feedback from their customers, saying the mallet feels good and solid with good balance.
