The Lie-Nielsen No 507 Rebating Block Plane is also described as a Lie-Nielsen 60½ Rebating Block Plane (60 1/2R).

''This 12° angle rebate block plane is based on an old Sargent block plane (No 507). The plane body is made from unbreakable ductile iron and is ground flat and square to .001''. The cap iron is polished bronze. The throat is non adjustable. It is 6¼'' long with a 1¾'' wide blade (1/8'' thick). It's handy as a block plane and makes trimming tenons quick and easy. Fitted with nicker for cross grain work.

When set to cut, two circular A2 nickers protrude .010'' on each side for scoring cross-grain cuts. The low angle of 12º makes it an excellent choice for end grain.''

This has cosmetic markings consistent with some careful use. Full blade. Well cared for plane that is in G++ - Fine condition.
